Frequently asked questions

What are the arrival and departure times?

Your room is available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and until 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Our reception is open for you around the clock.

Are there parking facilities at the hotel?

Car

You can park in the directly connected public parking garage "Am Zentrum". There are approx. 500 parking spaces with a height of 1.80m.

To reach the parking garage, please enter 38640 Goslar, Mauerstraße 38 in your navigation device. The entrance to the hotel is on parking level 1 and hotel guests receive special rates of EUR 15.00 per night. Please have your ticket validated at reception.

For vehicles over 1.80 m in height, there are outdoor parking spaces in the immediate vicinity (e.g. in the last two rows at the station or in Hildesheimer Straße).

E-cars
There is a charging facility in our courtyard (EUR 10.00 per charge).

Please release the parking space after charging.

Motorcycles

You can park your motorcycle in our courtyard free of charge.

Are children's beds available?

We are happy to provide a baby crib free of charge for children up to 2 years old.

From the age of 3 you can book an extra bed for your child (surcharge depending on age).

Can I bring my pet with me?

You are welcome to bring your dog with you. We charge a surcharge of EUR 20.00 per day.

We ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the breakfast room, restaurant and wellness area.

Are there separate costs for the wellness area? What are the opening hours?

Our wellness area is available to you free of charge.

The swimming pool and wellness area are open daily from 07.00 - 22.00.

The saunas are open during the week from 15:00 – 22:00 and at weekends from 09:00 – 22:00. The entire wellness area is exclusively available to our hotel guests.

 

Bathrobe & towel

On request, we can provide you with our wellness bag with sauna towel, bathrobe and slippers for a rental fee of EUR 4.00 per person.

Can I park my bike? Can I borrow bicycles?

You can park your bike free of charge in our camera-monitored and locked bike room. There is a charging station for e-bikes, a workbench with tools and a compressor for small repairs.

What are the opening hours for the restaurant?

Our rich breakfast buffet is available Monday to Friday from 06.30-10.00 am & at the weekend from 07.00-10.30 am.

Dinner is served from 18.00-21.00 in our Altdeutsche Stuben. We are happy to reserve a table for you on request.


Hotel bar

Our hotel bar is open daily from 18.00-01.00 for you.

How often are the rooms cleaned?

For the sake of the environment, your room will be cleaned every 2nd day. If you would like a daily cleaning, please let us know on site.
