What equipment is available in the conference rooms?

Our rooms are equipped as standard with:

  • Projector
  • WLAN free of charge
  • Flipcharts / presentation case

We can also provide you with screens and sound equipment (microphones, fixed or mobile speakers).

For the organization of more complicated technology such as complex image technology, transmission technology, etc., we are at your side with a regional partner.

 

Are there parking facilities?

Car

You can park in the directly connected public parking garage "Am Zentrum". There are approx. 500 parking spaces with a height of 1.80m.

To reach the parking garage, please enter 38640 Goslar, Mauerstraße 38 in your navigation device. The entrance to the hotel is on parking level 1 and hotel guests receive special rates of EUR 15.00 per night. Please have your ticket validated at reception.

For vehicles over 1.80 m in height, there are outdoor parking spaces in the immediate vicinity (e.g. in the last two rows at the station or in Hildesheimer Straße).

E-cars
There is a charging facility in our courtyard (EUR 10.00 per charge).

Please release the parking space after charging.

What catering options do you offer?

Breakfast is included with every booking as a good start to the day.

The most convenient option for catering during the conference is to book a conference package.

Your conference participants don't have to worry about anything and receive coffee/snack breaks with sweet and savory snacks according to your wishes.

Are the rooms barrier-free?

Many of our conference rooms are barrier-free. Only the rooms "Mönchehaus" "Turmsaal" and "Neuwerk" are accessible via stairs. If in doubt, please contact us and we will find a solution.

 

Is there a cancellation deadline?

Events and meetings are always associated with planning and organizational issues in advance. For this reason, meetings cannot be canceled free of charge shortly beforehand. Cancellation conditions are regulated in the contract that we agree during the consultation.

Do you offer technical support during the event?

An in-house technician is available during the event to provide you with the technology we provide, such as free Wi-Fi, projectors and sound equipment.

If you need more elaborate technology, please contact us. With our regional partner, we can provide any equipment and technology on a rental basis. It is also possible to book a technician from our partner. This requires individual consultation.
