Welcome to the Altdeutsche Stuben – the restaurant in Goslar.

In our historically significant restaurant behind 500-year-old stone walls, we combine tradition with innovative elements of modern and fresh cuisine.

The Kaiser and Bismarck niches, which create a very special ambience, are a particular highlight. Great personalities have drunk beer and dined here.

Whether with your loved one in romantic togetherness, colleagues for dinner or as a group in the good-humored company of long-standing friends: we offer the right setting for a successful culinary experience. Our friendly staff will welcome you with a smile and unobtrusively contribute to a great experience.

 

Our restaurant offers hot meals daily from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm. We are happy to reserve a table for you on request.

Our restaurant "Altdeutsche Stuben" is located on the first floor of the over 500-year-old Achtermann Tower. You can enjoy your meal in the midst of historic times with a direct view of the tower's venerable stone walls.
