Package Travel Directive
The services included in a package are listed in the description of the respective package as well as the price of the package including fees and taxes. The travel price is due in full at the time of booking. The cancellation conditions of the respective package apply. If the traveler withdraws from the trip before the start of the trip, compensation amounting to 80% of the travel price is due.
Please note that travel costs will not be reimbursed in the event of illness. Travel cancellation insurance is required to cover travel costs in the event of illness.
The general passport and visa requirements of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
